Halloween is here and you still are wondering to make some cool stuff so here it is the simplest idea to work on...even kids can make it!! You need: 1. Glitter board (Any paper sheet will also be good enough) 2. Face tissue paper 3.Tea light candles battery operated or any battery operated bulb 4. Glue gun or regular glue 5.
